City Programs & Downloadable Forms
Real Estate Tax Abatement - ( )
Making improvements? You might be eligible for the Real Estate Tax Abatement, an incentive for physical building renovations. PDF includes general instructions to file an application for the abatement of real estate taxes due to improvements and application for the exemption of real estate taxes due to improvements

PIDC and PAID Economic Development Programs - ( )
Through these quasi-government agencies, the City of Philadelphia offers loans and grants to assist with property acquisition, construction and renovations. There's even a job creation tax credit. Green Works Energy Assessment
